

JD Creative’s first open exhibition by local artists has been postponed due to the current lockdown.
The exhibition will open once the current restrictions are lifted, in the New Year.
New dates will be announced in due course.
A series of paintings by local artist Jessie Davies, focussing on the Humber wetlands, alongside the impact of climate change on their associated estuary environments.

Members of the Wilderspin Art Group display their works in progress and affordable art for you to appreciate and buy.  10am – 4pm.
This year’s Barton Arts Festival, due to be held at the end of June, has been cancelled so the whole programme has been moved to 2021 but, sadly, without Tim Brooke-Taylor who has sadly passed.

All our events, and those of other organisations, which were scheduled to take place at the Wilderspin School Museum have been cancelled until the situation is clearer with respect to safe operation of activities and social distancing.
