Christmas & New Year

The Old School Canteen coffee shop will reopen on Thursday 5 January.

The Museum is now closed.  Open Weekends resume in January on 7 & 8 between 11am – 3pm.

Open Weekends will continue to be the first and third weekends of each month until April.

Hull’s Public Housing 1830- 1914

Afternoon lecture – Peter Claxton looks back at the forces that shaped public housing in Hull.  As the City’s population grew rapidly in the nineteenth century attempts to improve living conditions were controversial.  Part of the Barton upon Humber Civic Society lecture programme.  Non-members £2

Weekend Tours

Dolls Houses Pop Up

For one afternoon only!  This Sunday between 12pm and 3pm – in the Chatty Cafe, a sample of dolls house furniture, room boxes and a couple of cmaller houses from a private collection.

Share your happy memories of happy playtimes and meet the collector to swap stories.

The Chatty Cafe is next to The Old School Canteen coffee shop where hot drinks and delicious cakes are on sale to help the conversation flow!
