Classroom Crafts for Kids

1pm-3pm

The third of our weekly summer crafts sessions each Thursday during the summer holidays for children aged 5-13 to try out one of several crafts their parents or grandparents will recall – at school or in the home.
Come back each week to try a different craft.
£4 per single session or £3.50 per multiple sessions. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Tel (01652) 635172 to book.

Barton Bike Night

2pm – 10pm

This year it’s on a Saturday – and begins from 2pm.

We’ll be open until 9pm for refreshments – inside and out – and we’ll be running our helmet store from the Joseph Wright Hall, next door to the School Museum. The Museum will be open until 9pm.

Thousands of bikers and visitors will flock to the town centre to experience a great afternoon and night out. From 2pm until late evening Barton comes alive with motorcycles. Attractions include trade stands, vintage bikes, special features and live bands.

Clare Teal and her Trio celebrate Doris Day

Barton Arts presents award winning singer and BBC Radio 2 presenter Clare Teal who has turned her attention to one of the world’s greatest musical stars, the iconic and much loved Doris Day.
